PHILIPPINES—Philadelphia Church of God Asia-Oceania Regional Director Aaron Hudson took a 17-day trip visiting members in south and southeast Asia from February 6-23. He first visited the Philippines for the Sabbath on February 7. The following day, he and Preaching Elder Broderick Tongco flew to Singapore and visited the only two members in the city. The next day, they flew to East Malaysia and met with a member couple in Miri. The following day, they went back to Singapore before traveling to Rajasthan, India, the next day to visit a family of three who were invited to the PCG during a visit to India last year. After two days, the two ministers along with an Indian member flew south to Mumbai to join eight other members for the Sabbath of February 15. One member there traveled by train for nearly 24 hours to attend. On Monday, the two ministers flew to eastern India to visit with a single lady member in Kakinada whose mother had been interested in the Church for some time. At the conclusion of the visit, Mr. Hudson welcomed her to the PCG. Two days later, the two ministers flew to Sri Lanka to visit members in Negombo and spent a family day and the Sabbath weekend with them. Their two-week trip concluded on February 23.
