SMS / Mobile Text Message Terms

1. Program description. The Philadelphia Church of God (PCG) operates two opt-in text-message programs. You must opt in before receiving any messages, and the two programs are separate — joining one does not enroll you in the other.
   • Literature requests. When you text a program keyword — KOD (Key of David), LT (Life & Teachings), or TD (Trumpet Daily) — to our number, we reply to collect your name and mailing address and send a confirmation that your free educational literature is being mailed. You receive these messages only in response to your own request; this program is not marketing and is not a recurring subscription.
   • Announcements and updates. If you separately opt in, we send occasional informational and promotional messages — for example, news about upcoming events, personal appearance campaigns, or new literature. This program is recurring and is separate from literature requests.
2. How to cancel (opt out). You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send "STOP" to us, we will send a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, just opt in again the same way you did the first time and we will resume.
3. Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at 1-800-339-7629.
4. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Rates and frequency. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your requests and the programs you join. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
