PCG Foods: Coconut Slice

This slice recipe is simple and easy to make. It can be enjoyed as a slice or as a cheesecake base.


  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ⅓ cup Rapadura sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 150 g of unsalted butter, melted (about 11 tbsp)


  • Mix all dry ingredients together.
  • Add butter and honey and mix well.
  • Spread in a pan and press firmly so the slice can hold together.
  • Bake at 350˚F (180˚C) for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden.*

*Bake for less time if you make it as a cheesecake base.
