These are great for after school snacks and will keep for a while in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cups walnuts
- ¾ cups fresh ground flax seeds
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2-3 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix oats, walnuts and flax seeds in a food processor until crumbly.
- Add peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, chia seeds and vanilla. Mix again in food processor until it holds together.
- Add the chocolate chips, and stir together and form into balls. Store in the refrigerator.
