Our family likes to have this lemonade when we have homemade pizza night. It’s a great, fun drink for the kids in the summer or winter. This recipe makes approximately 1 liter of a fairly tart lemonade. Feel free to water it down or adjust the measurements to your liking!
- Juice from 6 to 8 lemons
- ⅓ cup raw honey
- ⅔ cup warm water
- Pinch of sea salt
- Add the honey and salt to a glass measuring cup. Pour warm water on top, and let it sit.
- Juice the lemons and add the juice to a pitcher or large glass bottle.
- Stir the honey/water mixture. When the honey is mostly dissolved pour the mixture into the lemon juice. Fill the rest of your container with water and stir.
