PCG Foods: Unleavened Whole Wheat Honey Rolls


  • 5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup raw honey
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 pint whipping cream


  • Cut butter into flour and mix well.
  • Add butter, honey, salt and cream, and mix well.
  • Roll dough onto floured board to about 3/8-inch thickness and cut into 2-inch circles.
  • Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 325˚F for 12-15 minutes.
