Members Flip Cards for a ‘Hole in One’

ARKANSAS—Members of the Philadelphia Church of God congregation in Northwest Arkansas congregation gathered after sunset on February 25 for board games such as chess, Table Golf, in which the cards were flipped every which way to “get the ball in the hole,” and Turing Machine, in which players would ask questions to an analog computer to decipher a secret code.

Member Ken Jeffries said it was “a great opportunity for fellowship. Everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves.”

The feature of the night was a Hot Wheel track for kids, and some adults. Hot wheel cars were heard speeding down the track all night long, along with plenty of laughter.

Member Jon Diesner, who brought the track, said, “It’s so amazing to see all of God’s people come together for an event like this and to see everyone participating.”
