First Online Appearance Campaign Goes Live Sunday

ENGLAND—Evangelist Stephen Flurry presents the Church’s first online appearance campaign to Philadelphia Trumpet subscribers on Sunday (February 24) at theTrumpet.com.

Encouraging subscribers to watch the campaign, Mr. Flurry wrote on theTrumpet.com, “Hundreds of thousands of people in more than 130 countries read the Trumpet. But few act on it. Maybe this includes you. They follow the message, they agree with it, but they have yet to take the next step. The same God who inspired the Bible’s amazing prophecies also inspired it to show you what to do next. Only those few whom God calls and works with even have an opportunity to respond to His message. But maybe that includes you.”

He said that his lecture will focus on urging those who just read the Trumpet for world news and prophecy to realize if God is working with them and they need to make a greater commitment to Him.

Mr. Flurry will broadcast live from Edstone Hall on the Philadelphia Church of God regional office campus in Warwickshire, England. The television department there recently purchased streaming equipment and renovated an area in the loft of the building as a studio space.

The campaign has been advertised in the Philadelphia Trumpet as well as the Trumpet Brief e-mail newsletter. Those who want to view the live lecture must log in at theTrumpet.com. (A free account is available here.) Questions can be directed to letters@thetrumpet.com.
