Spanish-Language Trumpet Website Now Live
LaTrompeta.es is fourth PCG foreign-language website to launch in 2016.

EDMOND—The Philadelphia Church of God foreign language translations department launched its version of theTrumpet.com on November 30: laTrompeta.es. The website currently features two Spanish-language Key of David programs, two Trumpet videos, more than 30 articles and Key of David transcripts, 48 books, booklets and reprint articles, and 91 issues of the Philadelphia Trumpet newsmagazine, La Trompeta.

Spanish assistant Deryle Hope said that the sub-department aims to translate, edit and post one to three new articles per week, a Key of David program with Spanish voiceover by Latin America Regional Director Carlos Heyer, and serial installments of books and booklets as they are completed. The Spanish translation team includes five staff members and 14 volunteer translators who work from the regional office at headquarters and remotely from Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, Mexico and the United States.

The Spanish-language site went live following the launch of three other foreign-language websites earlier this year. The German-language site launched on February 5. The Dutch-language and French-language sites launched on November 18. The department plans to produce an Italian-language site at laTromba.org in the coming months.
