ARKANSAS—Twenty-seven men from Edmond, Arkansas and Kansas braved sub-10 degree temperatures from January 9-11 for the annual men’s Arkansas campout. Campers hiked into the wilderness of the Ozark Mountains, some with and some without tents. On the Sabbath, the group gathered around a fire pit and listened to two recorded sermons by Herbert W. Armstrong, followed by active discussion. This annual campout tradition started in 2006 as a father-son campout with seven members, four of whom attended this year.
