This recipe is really delicious! My family likes them baked, but it is optional. You can add chocolate chips, nuts or anything you like.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup almond butter
Directions
- In a medium size bowl, stir all ingredients until there are no lumps.
- If baking, preheat oven to 360˚F. Place dough in small cookies on a tray with parchment paper.
- Place in oven for as long as 7 minutes.
- If not baking, place cookies in fridge for 5 minutes.
We tried making these, and if you only use 2 tbsp of cocoa powder, it comes together better.
