PHILIPPINES—On May 7, teen Khayman Hernandez of the Philadelphia Church of God congregation in Quezon City performed in a quartet in “An Evening of Chamber Music,” the culminating concert of a week of lessons and rehearsals led by the two founding members of the Fulton Chamber Orchestra (USA). Hernandez performed with members of the Manila Symphony Junior Orchestra in a program featuring eight classical works.
