OKLAHOMA—Philadelphia Church of God members of the Ardmore congregation hosted a yard sale at the home of member Mary Barron from July 23 through 25, raising $770 to donate to God’s Work.

Several members commented on the high standard of organization of the yard sale. Church members—including elderly retirees—volunteered to set up, price, organize and sell many items over the three-day period. Member Carolyn Miller said she would keep fighting to work hard. Member Deidra Taylor called the yard sale a blessing from God and Jesus Christ, and an answer to the prayers of many members.
