OHIO—On June 26th, the Niles congregation conducted a yard sale fundraiser. The brethren began setting up at 7 am. The yard sale was configured to where there was an outside portion and an inside portion. The inside portion utilized the space of the congregation’s meeting hall. During this time, dark rain clouds loomed overhead, and it even rained a little. It appeared as if the success of the yard sale would be negatively impacted by a low turnout. God answered the prayers of the volunteers, and the weather was conducive to the yard sale. The fundraiser brought in over $2,000.
