PCG Foods: Three-Ingredient Chocolate Cookies

This recipe is really delicious! My family likes them baked, but it is optional. You can add chocolate chips, nuts or anything you like.


  • 1 ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup almond butter


  • In a medium size bowl, stir all ingredients until there are no lumps.
  • If baking, preheat oven to 360˚F. Place dough in small cookies on a tray with parchment paper.
  • Place in oven for as long as 7 minutes.
  • If not baking, place cookies in fridge for 5 minutes.

We tried making these, and if you only use 2 tbsp of cocoa powder, it comes together better.
